Professional Experience:-

• From 20th July 2009 – 8th July 2010 worked as (Lecturer and H.O.D.) in Stani Memorial P.G. College, Jaipur and was taking Graduate and Post Graduate classes and produced excellent results.
• From Sept. 2006 - 2009 as (P.G.T. Psychology) in Birla Balika Vidyapeeth, Pilani. The topper secured 92% marks in 2007, 100% in 2008 and 99% marks in 2009.

Educational Qualifications:-
• In May, 2011: Awarded Ph.D. from the University of Rajasthan, Jaipur.
In 2009. MPhil. (Organizational Psychology) with 70.4% marks from the University of Rajasthan, Jaipur.
• In 2006: obtained degree of M.A. (Industrial Psychology) with 62.7%. from the University of Rajasthan, Jaipur.
• In 2004: B.A. (H) Psychology with Sociology and obtained 71.27%.

Additional Qualifications:-

• From 14th December, 2009 to 2nd January, 2010: Participated in U.G.C sponsored Refresher Course on “Research Methodology in Behavioral Sciences” organized by Academic Staff College, University of Rajasthan (NAAC), and obtained Grade ‘A’.

Awards and Honors

• Best Young Scientific Paper Award in the conference by Indian Journal of Psychology and Mental Health under the banner of Bharat Psychological Association on 4th March, 09.

• Received an academic excellence award for securing 2nd position in first year of graduation at International College for Girls, Jaipur.
