I have more than 10 years’ experience of teaching mathematics in the KS3, GCSE, IGCSE, A ‘level and all tiers of the IB diploma program, this involved classroom teaching and private tutoring. I am extremely skilled in helping students consolidate their learning on the key mathematical concepts and give them opportunities to enhance their problem solving skills. I have an outstanding track record of successfully coaching students for their final year exams. I emphasis on the key vocabulary in the exam style questions and ensure students demonstrate clear and thorough working out when answering questions.
My Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from City University in London has not only furthered my maths ability, but it has given me a clear vision of its real life application. In addition I have a PGCE in mathematics from Kings College and as a result I have become a specialist at personalising the teaching to enhance the learning of my students.
