My philosophy is to employ a variety of methods, technology and materials for teaching to promote sustained interest and motivation and enhance student learning.
I have been teaching since 2007 and have mastered in all topics of the subject. I have done my engineering and I can guide and help students with my logical, problem solving skills and experience. I am an engineer and want to create engineering brains. I believe the best way of learning is through practice, practice, and more practice. This can be done through homework assignments, or in-class practice sessions. Regular testing is important to ensure that the material is being mastered. So i usually give more and more variety of questions so they do more and more practice to make them perfect in the particular topic. I make students to ask me very easy to very hard questions openly as some students hesitate to ask, so they will be disciplined friendly to me.
Last but not least, i feel Online tutoring is the best way for any child to get help in any subject area that it is needed. I love to teach online.
