I have been conducting PMP (Project Management Professional) and ITIL (Service Management) training courses in one of the reputed training institute in Dubai since March 2009, with "very satisfactory" customer rating.

I am PMP certified (since 2006), a visionary and goal-oriented senior IT consultant, currently working in IT department in an MNC. My total working experience in IT industry is 10 years.

I completed my graduation in B.Sc. (Hons.) Mathematics from Delhi University India in year 1998, completed my post-graduation with MCA (Master of Computer Applications) degree from India in year 2002. I am CSQA (Certified Software Quality Analyst) certified since June 2005, PMP certified since August 2006, and ITIL certified since December 2008.

I have experience working with multiple projects with stringent deadlines, and I exhibit project management skills in Initiating, Planning, Executing, Controlling and Closing Processes.

I have conducted Software demonstrations to prospective customers in United States, and in India, and I enjoy training large group of people.


My areas of expertise include project management, quality management, and software product demonstrations/trainings. I have strong oral and written communications skills and experienced at presenting and leading meetings with senior executives.
