Ms. Maitri Shah started teaching as a profession in a very young age and chose to be with children.Initially, teaching in a small class -Zen Computers,continuing with Computers@Home Bureau, where she worked as a faculty to teach children, housewives, corporates giving online computer Education. She can teach children and an elder of any age group. She can help students in making their projects and plan for a curriculum wise and criteria wise studies. Working as a Department Head, Counselor and Senior Faculty in The Little Flower Polytechnic,she has done many project based work.She has been a Visiting Faculty for Schools giving lectures for Maths and Science. She has used integrated technology into curriculum, supplementing class lectures and developing researching skills. Designed and implemented lesson plans for all classes. She has excellent communication skill to deliver and present learning effectively. She has ability to develop one–o-one rapport having patience in reading the students mind and able to solve the problem with ease. Also is an Administrative partner and Teacher for Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and ICT from 2006 to present in Anand Tutorials. From the first year to till date she has given excellent results to all the batches of SSC / CBSE/ ICSE she has taught and as a record her average has been always above the world average of board exam results.
