I am a qualified native English Speaking teacher with a Bachelor of Science Degree from the U.K. and a TEFL teaching certificate.

I have experience teaching English at full immersion summer camps in Italy, where I trained for a TEFL Certificate. I taught English in a fun environment using the Common European Framework to grade the students and have over 200 hours of teaching time with students.

I am a versatile teacher and have instructed a wide variety of students from various backgrounds. I consider myself to be a compassionate person who is sensitive students unique needs. I am capable at teaching different ages and offer positive encouragement and reinforcement to keep students focused and motivated.

An effective way that I teach students is by developing and presenting stimulating lesson plans that facilitate different learning styles. I incorporate a variety of resources including visual and audio based activities. I also include literature as well as international topics, tailored to each age group and ability, to ensure the students gain a well-rounded perception of the English language.

I am currently working part-time as an English teacher at two language schools in Portugal.
