I have got a multidisciplinary education, starting with Economic studies (a Master Degree in Business Administration) and then having expanded my education to Humanities, with a Master Degree in Communication Sciences.
I've got a joint PhD in Management Engineering with a specialization in HRM.
I worked for several years in a business school, where I carried out applied research and delivered consultancy to private and public companies for the creation of competency-based human resource appraisal systems.
The interest in and passion for people's competencies and their development have always been the leitmotif of my career, training and research activity. I love teaching, helping and motivate students to achieve their goals.
