My policy is that no student should be left behind. Every student can succeed if giving the proper tools to accommodate their need. I graduated for Michigan Sate University in June 2000. One year after completed my degree I landed a teaching job. I taught elementary, middle and high school for 7 years. While teaching I was doing some private tutoring as well. I tutored over 330 students privately. I have 95% success rate. I realized that they was a need for more private tutoring because the students lack the fundamental to excel academically. So I decided to open up Subject Matters to embrace the student short comings. Subject Matters is tutoring company with a 501 cd. 501 cd means my business is tax exempt and I can accept donated and grants and you will received a tax write-off for your contribution.
Every student learn at their own pace. I consider myself a vessel that bridge the gap between frustrated students and teachers not being on the same page regarding education. I contact the teacher personally my email, phone and school visit to make sure your child have a positive environment that promotes a wonderful learning experience Our student is the future and I don't take education lightly. Education is the key to keep our young kids of the street and to a straight and narrow path of success.
