,i am poonam i have more than 5 yrs experience in teaching field and my first demo lecture is free lecture for you so u can get the idea about my teaching.I use to concentrate on weak point of student for example some students are getting problem how to solve the physical chemistry problem, some students can not stabilize the reaction properly, some students can not able to wright down the mechanism of the reaction so up to yet i use to consider these points and taking it seriously while teaching to students.Even if you are not getting one point at a time i will repeat it number of times
