Qualifications: I am an M.Sc. in Chemistry, passed out with distinction from Andhra University in 1969. Under my guidance, many students joined highly reputed engineering and medical colleges in and around my state in India' As for example, a highly competitive exam like EAMCET, a common exam for engineering and medicine in my state, in 2006 two students got 16th and 98 rank in addition to many other ranks. At present I am guiding IIT students (for the past 7 years) and students are immensely happy with the input they are receiving. Last year, students from out institution achieved 23rd, 125th etc. ranks, totaling more than 40 ranks within 1000. I have altogether more than 30 years experience in this competitive field.

Experience: I always believe in educating the student objectively, giving ample scope for the student to work out a number of assignments and class room discussions, to improve his/her confidence in the subject. Further, I guide the student to have text book reading and place questions to him/her to find answers from available books. I also try to build the conceptual approach of the student by suitably designing assignments and question papers to make the student to consolidate his grip over the topics. I regularly monitor his/her progress with each and every assingnment or question paper and see that the student has correct answers for all the questions in the relevant assignment or question paper. I always try to extract the answers from the student immediately after each lecture session and try to assess his/her grasping capacity and make necessary corrections wherever required to guide the student in proper path.
