What did you learn today?About me; I've been a teacher for almost 5 years, and an online teacher for 2 years. I am elated to say that I have many students who take my online classes regularly. Even other teachers take my classes, and I find this to be a humbling complement.
I spent my childhood traveling the world. In each place that I have lived, my parents always found the library. I spent at least 3 days a week there. I sometimes read 5 books at the same time. My mother had a particular knack for dragging me to the opera, plays, any museum she could find, national monuments, parks and art galleries. Probably, as a result of my mother's constant prodding, I have a bachelor's degree in business and a TESOL certificate, and an everlasting love of books and the arts..
Prior to becoming a teacher, I have owned and operated businesses in New York City and San Francisco.
In addition, I'm also a lifelong student. I am currently studying with the University of New South Wales, online of course.
When I'm not working, studying or catching a few winks, I spend time with my wife and family. I enjoy cooking and traveling.
On a parting note, I hope to find you in a class where we can get to know each other, have a laugh and make a plan!

My teaching approach is fun, eclectic and constantly adjusts to the students needs.
I am clear in my examples and speak with a neutral accent. I correct mistakes in sentences and pronunciation immediately. I like to play games with younger students and delve into philosophical discussions with more advanced students.
